MOSCOW, Aug 24 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has got acquainted with the Finance Ministry's proposals for the 2023 budget, he said on Wednesday.
"I will have a look at them (the documents of the ministry) more carefully, and we will meet and work on them before the government adopts or prepares the decisions," Putin said.
